Stamped is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company that supports ecommerce brands of all sizes to help create, run, and optimize their reviews strategies and loyalty programs. Stamped offers a full-lifecycle marketing platform that helps brands connect with customers throughout their buyer’s journey. Stamped Reviews offers product and site reviews, NPS surveys, visual content moderation, sentiment and topic analysis, and so on, while Stamped Loyalty offers loyalty programs, custom activities and rewards, VIP tiers, and referral programs.

As Stamped’s Content Specialist, my tasks consist of the following:

  • Owning and managing the company’s content strategy and content calendar

  • Strategizing, writing, and publishing downloadable resources, blog articles, and case studies

  • Assisting in auditing and updating company branding, including brand voice, language, and boilerplates

  • Creating and leading video content strategy, including promotional videos, short-form videos, and subtitles

  • Developing and revising written and visual content to support other teams (i.e. sales, success, support, product, and partnerships), including email, product, and help site copy
