3 tier logic is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company that works with brands and agencies to develop and run gift with purchase promotions, sweepstakes and contests, loyalty programs, and more with its next-generation marketing technology, PLATFORM³. 3 tier logic’s aim is to help companies connect with their customers at every stage of their path to purchase through consumer engagement programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and first-party data acquisition. Platform modules include Contests & Promotions, Receipt & Pin Code Purchase Validation, Points & Gamification, Dynamic Messaging, and Data Capture & Analytics.

I started at 3 tier logic as a Junior Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Digital Marketing Specialist about ten months later. During this time, I developed and managed 3 tier logic’s marketing initiatives, supporting the sales team, and continuing to build on and expand my marketing skill set, including content creation, email marketing, article writing, SEO, paid ad campaigns, and marketing data & analytics.

In January 2023, I was unfortunately one of those who was affected by the widespread layoffs in the tech industry at the time, and went on to start my new position at Stamped in February.

As 3 tier logic’s Digital Marketing Specialist, my tasks consisted of the following:

  • Developing and managing the company’s content calendar and email campaigns

  • Researching and writing informative SEO blog content

  • Maintaining and updating the company website

  • Designing and publishing social content (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)

  • Developing, managing, and creating content for the company’s video marketing strategy

  • Developing and executing an SEO audit and long-term strategy to improve the website’s search rankings

  • Developing and running Google Ads campaigns to increase prospects, leads, and booked demos

  • Capturing and analyzing company marketing data for trends, opportunities, and weaknesses

  • Supporting the sales team by creating case studies, use case decks, and one-pagers

Some highlights include: publishing SEO blog content that resulted in a year-to-year 450% increase in impressions and 370% increase in clicks, developing monthly email newsletters that resulted in a year-to-year 5% increase in open rate and a 9% increase in clickthrough rate, and building site automations resulting in an 1800% increase in newsletter registrations.
